Pilates is a core-focussed form of exercise that improves flexibility, strength, balance and overall body awareness, combining controlled movements with breathing techniques. Reformer Pilates is a specialist type of Pilates, using equipment called a ‘reformer’ which consists of a sliding carriage, springs, ropes and pulleys.

As with traditional Pilates, Anthro-Contrology classes aim to enhance posture, muscle tone, joint mobility and mindful movement, though the reformer enables a dynamically challenged workout combining unique resistance-based methods for full body conditioning – whatever your individual needs, experience and ability.
